RM Quest is a Singapore registered private limited company that focuses on delivering a full range of revolutionary system for property management including residential, commercial, office, hotel and hospital, completely tailored to suit clients' needs. Our passion is to make life easier not only for the property management companies but also for the residents and occupants whom they are managing. In order to achieve that, we combined both the web-based system and the mobile application system, and this was made possible with our technical team which consists of programmers who have more than 13 years experience in web programming and development; as well as mobile applications development together with integrated back office system of various kinds. Coupled with a team of marketing management whose background is property and township management, an idea was turned into reality as we witnessed the birth of Intelligent Residence Management (iRM) which was launched in December 2016.

iRM is the first of its kind system that builds an ecosystem within it to incorporate a community into a system where everyone can assist each other and contribute to the ecosystem. Instead of having a stand-alone system that focuses on visitor management, complain management, facility management, billing and accounting, service provider and property management, we are indeed a one-stop solution ecosystem that combines everything into one simple and easy-to-manage application. The iRM marked the first of our five-fold vision (residential, commercial, office, hotel and hospital) and it already has a very well-planned enhancement that will surely benefit all of us in the future and will definitely bring us up to a whole new level in lifestyle residential & commercial living.

With the 1.2 million units of resident households in Singapore (source: Department of Statistics Singapore) and the increasing demand of mobile apps in the recent years with experts' projection that the global app market could hit 6.3 trillion US Dollars by 2021 (source: analyst firm App Annie), our main focus is to capture a significant market share in the mobile app arena.

OUR GROWTH


Intelligent Residence Management (previously known as Residence Management) was launched in December 2016 with 9 functions, available only in English language. Within 3 months, a total of 70 condo/landed projects and 28 property management companies already using the app. In May 2017, we successfully signed a contract with Gamuda Land Property Services Sdn. Bhd. and 3 months later in August 2017, another successful contract with UEM Edgenta Bhd. Under these 2 prominent property developers in Malaysia, we managed to secure 68 condo/landed projects. During the same period, the Chinese language version was launched and the app was further improved with an additional feature - the 'Panic' button. The Chinese version is in line with the company direction to capture market share in Singapore and later Hong Kong. A month later, another new feature was added - the 'Buy/Sell/Rent' feature. In October 2017, Allied Group Property Services Sdn. Bhd., one of the biggest property management companies in Penang agreed to use the app. Allied Group has more than 100 condo projects under their management. With this, Allied Group is our biggest client since the app was launched. In the same month, New Island Property Management also agreed to use the app, securing another 34 condominiums in Penang.

In December 2017, the Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia and Thai language versions were successfully completed and in January 2018, the app was rebranded with a new user interface that appears more relevant to current market trend. This marked a new year, new beginning for the company as we move forward towards value-adding the life of many homeowners and management. Additional features were also added as part of the rebranding effort.

The current total household unit has reached 150,000 and growing. With our headquarters now located in Raffles Place, Singapore, it not only serves as a strategic hub to venture out into other parts of Asia such as Indonesia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Thailand and Cambodia, but is also a greater environment for better R&D expertise. Our programming team consists of talents from Asia, including Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Indonesia.
